You can cut, sew, bling it out whatever you want EXCEPT You can not touch the logo on the front it must remain on the shirt. 3)Once you are done with your design take a picture of your finished product front and back if you have designed the back 4)You can not use anything that has a trademark or a copy right on it or that belongs to anyone else. This must be your won unique design 5)No profanity, vulgar pictures or racial pics or slurs on the shirt 6)Once you are done with your design send your pic, reg. form , and signed contract form to: Tammy Lewis 272 Martin Rd Wheelersburg Ohio 45694. If you want you can email the pic to: jugsdesignerware@dishmail.net you will still have to snail mail the forms. 7)Deadline for entries is June 15 2013. We will then look over all entries and Pick the top 5 to place on the website ( www.justusgirlsstuff.net ) and on our facebook page. For Judging...Judging will start June 22 2013 and will end on July 6 2013 The winner will be notified by email on July 7 2013 8) The winner will recieve a 8x10 color photo of their design, their name printed on the clothes hang tags as the designer and 2 free shirts of their design. 9)Any one can enter EXCEPT family members 10)So lets get started with those designs we look forward to seeing those creative minds at work

Jugs Designer Wear Contest www.justusgirlsstuff.net If your Design wins the Jugs Designer Wear contest you acknowledge that you assign to Jugs Designer Wear and its subsidiaries and affiliates the entire right, title, and interest in and to the copyright of your design and the right to further sublicense the Design, for its sole and exclusive use on and in connection with the Items. You also acknowledge that you waive all "moral" rights that you may have in and to your Design. If your Design wins, Jugs Designer Wear may use your Design in any manner on or in connection with the Items, including but not limited to: reproducing the Design on the Items, selling Items bearing the Design, changing or reworking the Design by making color or size changes, making derivative works of the Design, using the Design on the website and on promotional material for Jugs Designer Wear, and registering the Design with the US Copyright Office in the name of Jugs Designer Wear as the Claimant, and you as the Author. You agree to provide Jugs Designer Wear with the minimal information as may be required in order to register the copyright in the Design if Jugs Designer Wear so requests, at no cost. You may use or continue to use the Design for any other purposes, except those described below. If your Design is the winner, you may not use the Design (or derivatives of the Design) or allow others to use the Design (or derivatives of the Design)on any Items, as described above. In addition, by submitting your Design you may not reproduce, sell, or submit the Design to others for any commercial purpose during the duration of the contest. Once the top 5 are chosen and you are not one of those top 5 you are free to use the Design for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. However if your Design is used before the top 5 are chosen eleswhere, you must notify Jugs Designer Wear by email at: jugsdesignerware@dishmail.net about where and when the Design will be used, so that it can be removed from the contest. You acknowledge that the Design you are entering in the contest is your own original work, has not been previously published, and does not contain any trademarks, logos(other then our logo originally on the shirt), copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property belonging to any third party, or any material, which Jugs Designer Wear in its sole discretion, deems to be profane or offensive. If your Design is selected the Winner in the contest, you will recieve a 8x10 color photo of your design, your name will be printed on the shirts hang tag as the designer, and you will recieve 2 of your designed shirts from the manufacture.
